DESCRIPTION:Our AGM will be held on Zoom on Thursday\, 15th January 2026. \n7:00pm AEDT (NSW\, VIC\, ACT\, TAS)\n6:30pm ACDT (SA)\n6:00pm AEST (QLD)\n5:30pm ACST (NT)\n4:00pm AWST (WA) \nAny ASSG member can attend the AGM\, but only full members have voting rights. \nThe Zoom link for the AGM have been emailed\, with a reminder email being sent out a few hours beforehand. \nWe encourage all ASSG Members to attend the AGM. It’s an opportunity to get to know how the Guild operates and to raise any matters or ask questions. \n\nAGENDA\n\nConfirmation of the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting\nPresident’s Report\nTreasurer’s Report\nElection of Executive Committee Members\nGeneral Business \n\nAGM REGULATIONS\n\nA quorum for the AGM is deemed to be five full and financial members.\nOnly full and financial members are entitled to stand for positions on the committee and vote in the elections. \nYou can find more details outline in our constitution found here.
