| We need new ASSG committee members to help keep the Guild running. Will you consider joining the committee next year? We welcome committee members from all over Australia. If you don’t think you qualify, think again! You just need to be a full member, attend meetings once a month via Zoom, and be willing to lend a hand to the various tasks and projects the ASSG takes on throughout the year. These tasks include our annual ASSG Awards, running national and state events, newsletters to our members, and organising sponsorship. |
| Some of the skills we value include (but are not limited to): Writing / drafting (Articles and emails) Graphic design (Awards theme inc Awards booklet, banner, invitations etc.) Salespersonship (recruiting sponsors, donations etc.) Arts policy and government issues Team management (eg. managing a group and keeping things on track) Data management (eg. managing spreadsheets and forms etc.) Media management Website content updates Social media Admin tasks (Following up with people on things needed) Brainstorming |
